Our company was in the growth phase when we had this communication issues with our staffs at the property and partners that want to know what's happening onsite. This is around 2019, we had a few engineers and one of them took my challenge to learn to build mobile app. From the MVP, we invested more to build a fully integrated mobile app to solve this problem. Fast forward a few years, after several iterations, this app has solved many problems including communication, coordination, accounting, and even hospitality quality feedback, which ultimately improved transparency and partner trust.
BV GO is currently available on the app stores and integrated to Bukit Vista.
